EDEN TWEEKAMP WINTERLIGA 2022

As deel van Eden Tweekamp se visie en ontwikkeling word daar gedurende die wintermaande van 2022 ‘n proefneming gedoen met ‘n Winterliga. Die beplande datums is 24 Mei en 26 Julie 2022 en albei word met die goedgunstige ondersteuning van Knysna Primêre Skool aangebied op Knysna – die enigste verwarmde onderdak swembad in die Eden-distrik! Die hardloop sal ook op hulle sportgronde plaasvind. Die byeenkoms sal om 16:00 begin aangesien dit gou donker word en daar nie ligte op die baan is nie. Die swembad is ook ‘n 25m bad.  Die doel van hierdie projek is om ons tweekampatlete meer geleenthede te bied. Die sukses van hierdie proefneming sal die toekoms van die Winterliga bepaal.  Dit word ook as ‘n verlenging van die bestaande Datumlys beskou en geen nuwe inskrywingsgelde is tans nodig nie. Alle reëlings soos by die ander byeenkomste geld.  Aangeheg is die nodige inskrywingsvorm.

EDEN WINTER LEAGUE 2022

 As part of the vision and development programme of Eden Biathlon, a trial Winter League 2022 will be hosted. The planned dates are 24 May and 26 July 2022 both being hosted at Knysna Primary School in Knysna with their support – the only such facility that offers a under-roof heated swimming pool in the Eden district! The running events will also be hosted on their sport grounds. The meetings will start at 16:00 as it turns dark quite early and the track does not have lights. The pool is 25m. The aim of the project is to offer our athletes more opportunities! The success of this venture will determine the future of the Winter League.  It is also seen as an extension of the present Fixture list and no entry fees will be applicable. All the rules and regulations of the normal meetings will be adhered to. Attached please find the entry form.
